There is a scheduled maintenance day for the gardens at the Carrollton Library. This will be on Saturday the 22nd of August beginning at 8 am. We will be doing general maintenance tasks such as weeding and deadheading of plants as well as scouting for any disease or insect issues. Please bring your own gardening tools and a container for yard waste. It was great to have one of our new students at last month's maintenance day and I hope that more of you may be able to attend next weekend. It’s a wonderful way to learn and get to ask questions while gardening. If you will let me know that you’re planning to attend, if we have need to cancel I will send you a text that morning no later than 7:15.
